Return ,Refund and cancellation Policy
Purchasing from “KADR” indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

The company policy states that KADR does not offer returns or refunds for any items that are sold. After a product is sold, it can only be exchanged for a smaller or larger size.

We don’t offer refunds.
The only circumstances in which returns will be permitted are if the client got a product or products that were damaged in any manner.
We will mail the proper product or products at no additional cost after the product or products have been returned.
If the product is damaged in any manner while being transported, this agreement is null and void.
Only items in their original packaging, such as hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on clothing, and boxes, will be accepted. Damaged, filthy, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the client.
For a timely response, quality or quantity issues must be reported within two days of delivery. The customer has two days from the date of delivery to seek an exchange. Customers can email us at info@kadrr.in to seek an exchange.
Customers can return items to KADR for a refund only if the size they want is not available. Within four to five business days, your money will be returned to your bank accounts.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded to a bank account.
- Charges for COD are not refundable.
- A 250 INR logistic fee will be subtracted during the refund procedure.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Refunds are made as follows:

- The amount paid is credited back to the original account or card if the payment was made with a credit/debit card (or any other type of net banking).
- The refund is issued as a bank transfer if the payment was made in cash. To process the reimbursement, the customer must give us their name, account number, IFSC code, bank, and branch. If you receive defective or incorrect goods, we will replace them with a brand new, original item.
- Within one to two days after receiving a request for an exchange, our courier partner will get in touch with you. Give the courier the item in its original packaging, with all tags still on it.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
cancellations
- Orders can’t be cancelled once its shipped, however, if the product is eligible for return, you can return the same in accordance to our return policy.
- Refusing to accept your order at your doorstep will be considered as return & refund will be issued as per return policy.
- You can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my account page or by contacting customer support.
- For pre-orders, cancellations are possible within the first 24 hours after ordering. Beyond that, we won’t be able to process cancellation requests.
